Ann Ramsey, 85, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on October 23, 2026. Born in Los Angeles, California, to Clara and Myron Scholfield. Ann grew up with her siblings in Northern Ca along the Redwood Coast, before spending much of her life in Ukiah, where she retired after approximately 35 years of service with the Ukiah Unified School District.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, William Ramsey; daughter Rhonda McGlashan and grandson Matthew; son Brad Ramsey, daughter-in-law Krista, and grandchildren Hailey, Madison, Laila, and Preston. She also leaves behind her sisters Gwen Pagan and Sally Wahl, brother Daryl Scholfield, and many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Kenneth Ramsey, who passed away in 2017.

Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, and a second mom to many. If you knew Ann, you loved Ann.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Eversole Mortuary, 141 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, California.
