Obituary:
Melanio R. Capistrano passed away quietly on November 13, 2013 at the age of 71. Mel was born to Eliseo S. Capistrano and Arsenia Capistrano in Obando, Bulacan, Philippines on August 31, 1942. He is survived by his wife, Lilia Capistrano, son Michael, daughter Jessica, daughter in law Rachel, grandkids Meliah, Marron, Marcus, Justine and Jinelle. He is also survived by his brothers Marcelo, Mario, Eliseo Jr and sisters Mercedes, Arsenia and Josefina and their respective families. He is a member of the Ukiah and Obando Central United Methodist Church.
Funeral Services / Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 3 – 7 p.m. at the Ukiah United Methodist Church 270 North Pine St. Ukiah, CA 95482. Eversole Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
