Ethel (Francis) Dunn

On December 26 ,2023, Ethel Francis Dunn entered into rest at her home from natural causes. She was 93 years old.

Ethel, better known as Francis, is survived by her son Ron Willis and his wife Esmy of Fountain Colorado; sister Linda Aseltine of Ukiah and brother Fred Willis and his wife Laura of Windsor and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews including her dearest Lucas and Isaiah. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam, daughter Joyce Hopper, brothers Ronald, Houston and Bill Willis.

Francis was born on January 31st, 1930, in Clarks, Louisiana. She married Sam in 1947. They met in Clarks and were married after only a 2-week courtship. They moved to Ukiah in 1948 and later welcomed their children Joyce and Ron into their home, where they spent many wonderful years together. Sam was originally from Canton, Mississippi.
