After retiring in 1998, he and Carol moved to Redwood Valley where they spent time traveling, hiking, golfing  and enjoying family. Soon they were spending winters in Yuma, AZ and summers back in Redwood Valley.  His final resting place will be Sunset Hills Cemetery in Corning CA. Celebration of Life will be held in Corning, CA  (at grandson Reid’s home in Kirkwood) on September 10th at noon. Memorial contributions may be made to the veterans organization Tunnels to Towers or Seabiscuit Therapeutic Riding Center in Willits, CA. in the name of James Antle.
