Obituary:
Dr. Teresa “Tracy” Lee Knight, M.D., made her transition from this world on October 3, 2018, peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. She is the Daughter of Theodore Knight and the late Sandra Knight. She is survived by her Husband, Bradford W. Smith, son Vincent F. Clemente, daughter Elisa S. Clemente, Sisters Kimberly Getts and Jodie Knight, and Brother Brian Petersen. She was adored by all of her nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Teresa “Tracy” graduated from Potter Valley High School in 1988, earned her Doctorate of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri in 2002, and practiced as an OB/GYN until her illness took over in 2018.
A viewing will be held on Friday, October 12 at 5:00p.m. at Eversole Mortuary, 141 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, CA 95482.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 14 at 1:00p.m. at the Potter Valley Methodist Church, 10075 Main Street, Potter Valley, CA 95469. Interment will follow at the Potter Valley Cemetery on West Road, followed by a Reception at the Hoffar home.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date in St. Louis, MO.
Memorial Donations in memory of Teresa “Tracy” may be made to Special Olympics, give.specialolympics.org or your favorite charity.
