Larry Dean Portlock

Larry Dean Portlock was born on January 31, 1957, to Douglas and Stella (Desene) Portlock, the third of six kids. He married his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth (Betty) Yanko on April 6, 1975 and they had a wonderful 37 years together until cancer stole her away in December 2012. Together they had 5 children, Douglas, Robert, Ronald, Julia & Hope. Larry worked in construction and the automotive fields to support his family and in his spare time he loved to go camping, fishing and helping his kids and grandkids build and race racecars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas & Desene Portlock, his brother Randy and his beloved wife Elizabeth.

He is survived by his children: Douglas (Amber), Robert Portlock Sr, Ronald (Amber), Julia Portlock, and Hope Portlock. His grandkids: Tyler Strickland, Colton Portlock, Haley Portlock, Ashton (Courtney) Portlock, Destiny Portlock, Robert Portlock Jr, Savannah Portlock, Maciah Portlock, Caleb Portlock, Audrey Portlock, MacKenzie Portlock, Ashlee Sharp, Keanna Steel, Kyle Grandi, Elizabeth Shank, Kori Shank and his great-grandkids: Xander, Naomi, Sage, Olvia, Lucas, Scarlett, Ryder, Kaleo and one on the way. His brothers Roger and James and his sister Ronda and numerous nephews and nieces.

He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is now reunited with his loving wife Betty.
