Obituary:
Memorial services will be held for Jose “Jesse” Leon on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10 am at Eversole Mortuary. Born December 25, 1956, Jesse passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at St. Helena Hospital.
Jesse was a mechanic and foreman of a local vineyard. He was very proud of his family and especially his two grandchildren. He will be remembered for always having a smile on his face, always having a helping hand and for being a hardworking man.
Jesse is survived by his daughters Teresa, Beronica and Maria Leon all of Ukiah, sons Jose Leon of Santa Clarita and Felipe Leon of Ukiah, sisters Maria Elena Moore of Washington and Sandra Pena of Whittier, CA, brothers Gabriel and Juan Carlos Leon of Los Angeles, mother Maria Elena Ortiz of Whittier and grandchildren Diego and Kaydee Leon of Ukiah. He was preceded in death by his sister Blanca Leon, brother Pepe Leon and his best friend/working partner his dog Tommy.
