Lisa Fern Bates

Lisa Fern Bates crossed over to the other side on September 23, 2026 only about a week away of her 48 birthday, October 2, 1978. Lisa has been fighting against cancer for a year and a half. She was in a San Francisco hospital when she died getting treatment. Lisa was a very strong person and will be greatly missed. Her family loved her very much. Lisa worked for Yurok Indian Housing Authority where she was a exceptional employee and received a award. She also worked at the family restaurant Sweet Street Cafe where people would come to see her.

Passing of our father Bruce, brothers Bruce Jr, Art, and Darren and sister Delray are all welcoming Lisa now on the other side of the veil.
