Obituary:
On April 4, 2017, we lost our beloved husband, dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, great great-grandpa, brother, uncle and friend, to be with the Lord.
Clark Miller was born July 22, 1927 in Three Sands, Oklahoma. At the age of six his family moved to the San Joaquin Valley in California. After moving to Avenal, California he graduated high school and decided to sail on the merchant ships during the war. The training school was in San Francisco. While living in Richmond, Clark met the love of his life Lula. This November 14th we would be married 70 wonderful years.
We moved to the bay area in 1951. After 30 years with Chevron, Clark retired and moved to Mendocino county 1979. Clark so enjoyed country life with his animals, waterskiing and working on projects on the property. We attended and worshiped at Ukiah Bible church with our loving church family, Clark dearly loved his church family.
Clark is now watching from heaven the love of his life Lula living in Ukiah; their son Steve in Ukiah and our daughter Jessica from Ukiah who has passed. Our daughter-in-law Kathleen lives in Lakeport. We have 3 grandchildren Clark and Vanessa from Willits, David from Ukiah, Sarah lives in San Francisco; 5 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Cody in Nebraska, Rochelle in Ukiah, Brad in Willits, Bree and Bam living in Marysville; 3 great great-grandchildren Colby and Alayna in Nebraska and on the way Rhyder. Brother Sonny and wife Helen live in Cottonwood, nephew Jesse and family lives in Northern California and great niece Ashley and family; nephew David and family live in Antioch, nephew Pat lives in Stockton area.
A viewing will be held Sunday and Monday, April 9th and 10th, from noon-5pm at Eversole Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 11th at 10AM, at Russian River Cemetery. Memorial services will be held after at Ukiah Bible Church, 2440 Arroyo Drive, Ukiah.
