Obituary:
Michael David Paoli passed away on July 23, 2015 with his loving wife of 53 years Ruth and family by his side. Mike was born August 12, 1940 to Michael J. and Virginia Paoli. Mike was part of the Class of 1958.
In 1963 Mike began work for Beneficial Finance Company, while continuing to help his parents with The 103 Club. Mike worked for Beneficial Finance for several years before retiring and starting Paoli Mortgage & Realty with his daughter Toni Paoli-Bates.
Mike was a member of the Pomo Shrine Club and a 32nd degree Mason. He was also a member of Ukiah Elks Lodge 1728 and several other fraternal organizations. Mike was a Cook and member of the Men’s Cannibal Luncheon Club for over 30 years. Mike also donated his BBQ and Cooking skills to our local Youth Football Program, Churches and other Charities.
Mike was preceded by his parents Michael J. Paoli and Virginia Paoli along with Aunts, Uncles and Cousins he was extremely close with. Family was everything to him.
Mike is survived by the Love of his life Ruth Dibble Paoli, daughter Toni Paoli-Bates and husband Larry Bates, son Derek Paoli and wife Jennifer Mackey-Paoli, sister Karen Paoli Keplinger and brother-in-law Fred Keplinger. Grandchildren Cody and wife Kylie Shuster-Bates, Kirsty, Nicholas, Mikayla, Jason, Jasmine and great grandson Darius.
There will be a celebration of Mike’s life on Wednesday, August 19th at 12 noon at the Mendocino Lake Clubhouse 1500 Lake Mendocino Dr. Ukiah, CA 95482
