Nellie Viola Peters was born on October 4, 1932 to Grady and Stella Elisabeth Varner in Douglas County, Missouri. She was dedicated to her faith in God, going to church and teaching bible studies. She had a love for studying the word of God and learning from it.
She raised her family of 4 children in Redwood Valley, Ca. where she lived for 47 years of her life. She is survived by her husband Melvin Peters who lives in Mountain Grove, Missouri, her two sons, Tony Parsons of Oakley, Ca., Terry Parsons of San Jose, Ca. Her two daughters, Evelyn Cornelius of Missouri and Eva Brown of Redwood Valley. Eva had the pleasure of caring for her for the last 6 months of her life. During that time her and her great grandchildren met for the first time, truly another blessing. No words can express how much Our Mother will be missed.
