Phillip J. Duncan

Phillip Jeffrey Duncan, 71, of Ukiah, California, passed away unexpectedly, on October 23, 2023. Phillip was born to Ambrose and Grace Duncan on December 22, 1951, in Ukiah, California. He was a great & proud Father/Grandfather. He was a super hardworking, kind, loving, hilariously funny, caring, giving, helpful, multitalented, handy man who could fix just about anything, He had an amazing green thumb that could bring any dead plant/weed back to life! He loved to be outdoors and work with his hands. He enjoyed great company and conversations and meeting new/interesting people. He especially loved the blues and enjoyed playing songs on his guitar. If he wasn’t working, he would be helping someone out. He was a great listener and had a way of helping you to feel better. He was a wonderful cook who could always make something grand out of just a little bit. He will be greatly missed by all that truly loved and cared for him.  

Phillip is survived by his, Daughters- LaTonya & Charee Grandsons- Dasyn & Maliek. Granddaughters- Andre’a & LaTiana. Son- Andre’. Brother-Donald. Nephews- John, Randy, Jason, Aaron , Jeremy, Charley & Miles. Nieces- Melinda, Coleen, Lisa, Lena, Candice, Trish & Jennifer. Along with many more family members, friends and colleagues. Phillip was predeceased by his parents, Ambrose & Grace, Brother- Ambrose Jr., Sisters- Betty & Dolly.  

Phillip’s family will host his Celebration of Life on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 3:00. Services will be held at Eversole Mortuary141 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, California, 95482.
