A proud alumna of Mendocino College, she achieved not one, but three separate degrees, each a testament to her unyielding quest for knowledge. Her academic pursuits led her to UC Irvine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her intellectual curiosity and passion did not stop there; she went on to earn a Masters of Science degree from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. These accomplishments were not just milestones but reflections of her dedication and love for learning.

Professionally, Rachel found her calling as a teacher at Mendocino Junior College, where she inspired her students with her enthusiasm and wisdom. Her colleagues and students remember her as a guiding light, whose quick wit and beautiful energy made people smile.
