Ronald David Arreguin, age 47, of Redwood Valley, CA, passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2025, at 6:20 p.m. He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin, nephew and soon to be grandpa. He was known for his generous and protective heart, contagious smile and boisterous sense of humor.
Born on November 16, 1977, the first of 5 siblings, Ronnie brought joy, light and laughter into the lives of everyone who knew him. His presence was a gift, and his absence leaves an unimaginable void.
As we all know, Ronnie was a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan who proudly wore red and gold all year round constantly battling all of the Dallas Cowboy fans in his family. A talented welder and fabricator, he had a gift for working with his hands — whether it was shaping metal or building something beautiful out of wood. He was a skilled mechanic. He was the person you called if you needed help with a project of any kind.
He was known for always playing his music loud (whether you liked it or not) and had a perfectly timed snarky comment for just about every situation. That wit, combined with his big heart, made him unforgettable.
No matter the circumstances, Ronnie loved his people fiercely and without judgment. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it — no questions asked. His loyalty, humor, and generosity touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ronnie leaves behind his mother Patty and father Mike, brothers Joel (Janelle), Danny, Michael and his little sister Alena, his son Bryce (Brittany) and soon to arrive grandson Henry, his pride and joy- nieces Dallas and Kendall, and his paternal grandparents Joel and Louisa, along with a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Bill and Mary, his Tio John, Aunt Nancy and Uncle Dick.
