Jacqueline “Jackie” Ruelle
Jackie was born on October 19, 1939 in Healdsburg, Ca. to Gino and Rita Stefani. She has one brother, Paul Stefani, of Sebastopol. Jackie was a resident of the Ukiah area for 57 years.
Married on December 19, 1956 to Charles, “Charlie” Ruelle. Jackie owned and operated ‘Ukiah Bail Bonds’ for 30 years and was the first woman bail agent in Lake and Mendocino Counties. In addition to running her own business, Jackie was an active participant in numerous family businesses as well. Jackie spent the last 18 months of her life residing in Santa Rosa, Ca.
She is survived by her three children, Wayne Ruelle, Alan (Jana) Ruelle and Diane (Scott) Wolmuth, five grandchildren, Andrew (Natalie) Ruelle, Emily Ruelle, Heather Clark, Molly Wolmuth and Chris Wolmuth, a great-grandson Chase Ruelle and great-granddaughter Quinn Clark.
Jackie passed away from natural causes at the age of 78. She will be laid to rest on Friday, July 6 at the Ukiah Cemetery next to her beloved husband of 59 years, Charlie.
A viewing will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 10-12 at the Eversole Mortuary.
