William "Bill" Knight Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Knight, Jr., who many have lovingly come to know as Bill. Bill, who left us on May 22, 2025, was a devoted father, loving husband, cherished brother, proud grandfather, and beloved uncle. Bill's life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and resilience.

He is survived by his wife Trina M; Daughter Marcellina Monzon and son William Knight III Grandchildren: Jeniveve monzon, Yasmin monzon, Izayaa monzon, Malakii monzon, Faith Knight and Ezekiel Knight. Siblings: Eddie Knight, Sr., Delores Vigil, Sherry knight, and Armando Williams. And nieces , nephews and great nieces/nephews and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Mother Thelma pollard; father, William knight, sr and sister Gail knight.

Bill had a unique ability to connect with others while also valuing his moments of solitude. His passion for life was evident in the way he embraced the outdoors, finding joy in fishing and camping, and relishing the thrill of games like chess, foosball, and dice. A true sports enthusiast, he enjoyed playing basketball and sharing laughter with friends and family alike.


A proud member of Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians. Bill embodied the spirit of a strong warrior. He held his culture close to his heart, drawing strength and wisdom from it throughout his life. His commitment to his family was tireless; he was a guiding light for those who needed support, often stepping in as a father figure during challenging times. Bill's generosity knew no bounds—he would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought.

His playful spirit shone through in his interactions with his nieces, where teasing and jokes were a staple of their relationship. Bill had a remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He encouraged others to strive for their best, always believing in the potential of those he loved.


Bill's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering support. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever. As we celebrate his life, we remember the countless ways he touched our lives and the indelible mark he left on our souls.

In honor of Bill's spirit, let us continue to share love, support one another, and cherish the moments we have together. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Coyote Valley Gymnasium, where we invite all who knew and loved him to come together to celebrate his remarkable life.
